You agree and accept that you shall not send, upload, post or distribute anything via our website any materials that are offensive, illegal, or scams that might trespass the intellectual property rights of Fast Custom Boxes or any third party. We do not regulate the contents forwarded by the user or customers of our website, and hence do not assure the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the content. Artwork Sent By Clients

It is necessary that all artwork, designs, and graphics must be submitted in CMYK format and with the least resolution of 300 DPI. Fastcustomboxes.com is not responsible for any color modifications or differences that may arise during the transformations from RGB to CMYK color modes. Moreover, Fast Custom Boxes is not accountable for any distorted, damaged, or pixilated images due to artwork submitted by the customers.  

Printing Products: Proofing And Matching

We offer our users to approve evidence (a digital file or hard copy) of the printing stocks. After the placement of the order, final artwork proofs will be sent to customers through email. It is the customer’s job to reread and evaluate the details and confirm our production team. We will not be responsible for any design issues or misplaced details not identified by the customers and notified us immediately. After approval, the design templates will be sent to the production team and they will be printed according to the approved proofs with guaranteed replication of the designs and colors.

Customers are Responsible For All The Design And Layout Approval before Printing

Fastcustomboxes.com is NOT ACCOUNTABLE for mistakes or misprinting caused by

– Graphics Positioning

– Unfitting Font Usage

– Spelling, Grammatical and Punctuation Errors

– Wrong Die cuts, tears or Improper and Omitted Folds

– Completed Product Specifications

Color Correctness

Fastcustomboxes.com will make all the colors and prints are replicated as closely from the approved templates. However, sought variation might be present due to several limitations in the printing processes. The precision of color replicas is guaranteed to be within 90% of the final template you approved.

Protection And Constraint Of Liability

You approve that you shall ensure and defend Fastcustomboxes.com and all parties from whom Fastcustomboxes.com has licensed portions of content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including rational-legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products that were not part of the standard Site Content.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Fast Custom Boxes or its licensors, suppliers, owners, or dealers, their officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not Fast Custom Boxes has been advised of the possibility of damage.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of printing and packaging products and other facilities we provide, you need to update us at fastcustomboxes.com. We cannot grant a repayment to you; however, we will analyze the matter carefully. Once an order has been placed, the will be refunded will be issued. Even though all orders are exceptional, and sales are fixed, if we acknowledge a mistake done by us, we will reprint the order without any refunds and credits.

In Case Of Replacement

The customer must notify Fast Custom Boxes of any defects, damage, or missing items discovered in the delivered products within 3 business days of order delivery after which we will not be responsible. Customers need to return at least 99% of the delivered product within 10 days of the delivery date if any refund is applicable.

Damaged/ Misplaced/ Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for inspecting and examining all packages for any signs of damage or missing products before accepting the parcel at the time of delivery. If there is any damage or missing items, the clients should inform our team and the shipping courier right away. Fast Custom Boxes will not account or be answerable for any harm or missing products not notified by the clients within 3 days of delivery.

Every ordered item is generally delivered with a few additional pieces without any extra fees. Extra delivery expenses will be charged for parcels that must be reshipped since a mistake was made by the client in submitting the correct delivery address.

Fast Custom Boxes will consistently act to print and deliver orders in a very much coordinated way.  Fast Custom Boxes won’t be at risk for any consequences due to any delay in manufacturing, transportation, or conveyance of the ordered items caused by any technical issues, climate conditions, international/global issues, or any other conditions that are beyond our control. Fast Custom Boxes will ensure that deadlines for delivery are met. However, in cases of any delays in the printing of shipping, rush charges will be refunded although ordered cannot be canceled due to delays.
